8th green 2days after banding

You've got some strange putts coming to you if you go out there over the weekend!! We are aware that there is some heave on the bands, and we are aware that your putts will go 'all over the place' Every measure will be taken to get these level as soon as possible. I was trying my hardest to get them flat on friday, but it was so cold out there the ground was getting harder by the hour and made it nigh on impossible to roll. Please bare in mind that this is major surgery for the greens and things will take time to settle. However the frost that is predicted next week will not help matters. But we can't do much about that i'm afraid.  You can't make omelette without breaking a few eggs! We've had some great weather so far to do this job, lets hope it continues into next week. Who'd have thought it?.....we've almost gone a week with no rain!!
